About Course
This course introduces yogis and teachers to Vedanta, the wisdom teachings of the Upanishads that form the philosophical core of non-dual thought in Indian spirituality. We explore how Vedanta differs from other yogic texts, such as the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, and how it can be lived as a contemplative path rooted in stillness, silence, and direct self-inquiry (atma-vichara). With emphasis on the great mahavakyas, the nature of the Self, and the inner journey beyond effort, we move toward the heart of yogic wisdom: you are That.
