
About Course
This course explores the relationship between yoga and the endocrine system through both scientific understanding and sacred feminine wisdom. Hormones influence every aspect of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Yoga has a unique capacity to support hormonal balance through breath, movement, and mindful awareness. This course empowers teachers to help students—especially women—through the many life transitions governed by the endocrine system, including menstruation, fertility, perimenopause, and menopause.
